Canopy at Lullwater is a new residential community taking shape in Red Bank, where developer and builder Larkyn Homes is turning an undeveloped parcel into a mix of modern single-family homes and townhomes just minutes from NorthShore and downtown Chattanooga. Construction has started on the first three residences at 202, 204, and 206 Lullwater Road, marking the beginning of the project.
CEG came on board during the early planning stages to handle the full civil engineering scope behind the community. That work includes the site plan, a detailed grading design, and a stormwater system engineered to serve the development while protecting downstream properties. Our scope also covers a three-phase erosion control plan and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan to secure a Notice of Coverage from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, along with the water main and sewer designs needed to bring utilities to each new lot.
Design and permitting for the full development are still in progress. CEG is working through the permitting package with the City of Red Bank and the state of Tennessee, staying engaged with each agency through review, responding to comments, and updating plans as needed to keep the project moving toward approval.
We’re glad to help turn an undeveloped parcel into a new neighborhood, and to keep doing the civil engineering work that makes projects like Canopy at Lullwater possible.
