Marina Point is a 16 home development taking shape right along the river in downtown Chattanooga, a mix of single family detached and attached residences from developer KH Property Group. It’s a high end product, multi story villa style homes, and residents will have private boat slips just steps from their front door.

What really sets the location apart is how connected it is. Marina Point sits directly on the Tennessee Riverwalk, putting residents within an easy walk or bike ride of Ross’ Landing, downtown’s restaurants and shops, and a quick trip down the Riverwalk to Erlanger Park. It’s the kind of spot where you can leave the car at home and still get almost anywhere worth going.

CEG came on board during the early conceptual planning stage and has stayed with the project through full civil design and permitting, grading, utility and sewer coordination, and steering it through the city’s entitlement process. We’re also on site regularly for inspections required throughout construction, so we’re staying close to this one as it comes out of the ground rather than handing off plans and moving on.

Horizontal construction is underway now, with vertical construction from builder Reflective coming next.
