Employee Spotlight: Margaret Spear

We are excited for our clients and partners to get to know Margaret Spear, our Chief of Staff at Chattanooga Engineering Group. Since joining earlier this year, Margaret has been helping us refine how we work by implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework, streamlining processes, and creating structures that make us more productive and organized. Her efforts are already improving the quality of our work and the service we provide.

Beyond her professional impact, Margaret also brings a lot of energy and personality to the office. She’s cheerful, colorful, and never shies away from adding a little sparkle to the day. Her positive spirit has made a difference in our culture, reminding us that while the work is serious, we can have fun along the way.
