Ely Road Development began as a simple idea and has steadily taken shape through careful planning and execution. Our team partnered closely with the client to explore site possibilities, navigate rezoning, and deliver full civil engineering design for permitting across multiple agencies. As construction moves forward, we’ve continued to support the project through construction administration, helping guide the work as infrastructure is installed, the site is stabilized, and the road is roughed in. With the groundwork complete, we’re excited to see Ely Road go vertical in 2026 and continue its transition from concept to community.
