Employee Spotlight: Jad Bou Shroush

A New Chapter Begins

We’re excited to highlight Jad Bou Shroush, who has recently transitioned from part-time to full-time at CEG after completing his Master’s Degree in Environmental Protection Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. Jad’s thesis focused on the removal of heavy metals from stormwater runoff using waste materials incorporated into pervious concrete pavement. His work explored the adsorption performance of materials such as biochar, hazelnut shells, electric arc furnace (EAF) slag, and activated carbon, demonstrating both his technical acumen and dedication to sustainable environmental solutions.

Since joining CEG, Jad has consistently stood out for his strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and admirable work ethic. His contributions have made a tangible difference on several projects, and his professionalism has quickly earned the respect of his colleagues.

Offering Jad a full-time position was an easy decision. As he reaches this important milestone in both his personal and professional life, we’re excited to support his continued growth and look forward to seeing his impact expand even further across our team.

Congratulations, Jad, and welcome aboard full-time!
