Employee Spotlight: Zeca Ferraz Takes on a New Challenge

The first half of 2025 brought significant organizational changes and restructuring at CEG, aimed at enhancing the company’s overall efficiency. Among these changes, one standout transition is Zeca Ferraz’s shift into a new role within the company. Over the past four years, Zeca has served as the Lead Production Manager, guiding a team of designers and engineers through numerous projects. Now, as CEG’s Client Services Director, his client-facing responsibilities have expanded even further, placing a stronger emphasis on client relations and sales initiatives. Given Zeca’s impressive track record at CEG, we’re eager to see the impact he will make and how his expertise will continue to strengthen our client relationships.
